Consideration should be given to repurposing and upcycling existing elements within the fitout instead of opting for a complete refit.

“Additionally, finding ways to rehome fixtures and incorporating other upcycled items from whenever possible can further contribute to reducing waste and supporting a circular economy,” says Worden.
