If you are ordering a substrate longer than 1200mm and delivery is outside of the SAS delivery metro area, you must add a pallet, customer service will contact you if there is an error with your order and additional charges may apply.

Customer service may contact and send a proforma if there is discrepancy between cuts purchased and actual cuts needed.
Please note: Guillotine or saw cutting may result in a tolerance of up to ±2-5mm. If precise measurements are critical, we recommend CNC routing.
After purchase, submit a panel cutting form out lining your job.
